I saw an Item availble only in PRE-ORDER. what that means?

When you see that your item is available in PRE-ORDER , this means that the item is not available for immediate shipment, and is probably under production.

in this case, the Item is still purchasable, and you will find the Estimated delivery time indicated inside the Detail Product Page.

CLOCK NOT WORKING - TROUBLESHOOTING

My wall clock is making a high piching noise sometimes. what to do?

if your clock is making noise, something need to be fixed, because our clocks are suppose to be very silent.
Sometimes, with moving gears exposed, this issue can happen.
We have realized an instructional page with several videos that shows how to solve some simple issues on the clock.

or you can follow those suggestions:

If the gears start to be heard with a little whistling, it may be due to a
misalignment of the gear's teeth.
or most likely the mechanism is a bit dry, and this is due to the warm environments inside our homes due to the heaters.

  1. please, remove the battery from the clock, and put the clock on a table lying down.
  2. Try to push down all the gears with two fingers put at the opposite side of each gear.
  3. After this operation, please, put again the battery into the clock, and
    check if noise disappears.
  4. Please let us know if performing the operation, the problem will be solved
    as we hope.
  5. if you can still hear the noise the clock probably the mechanism needs a
    touch of lubricant,
  6. for this we suggest you watching the instructional video on our Instruction Page
  7. This video shows how to perform a simple operation and put some lubricant
    oil (like WD-40 or any other oil) to avoid this whistling sound.
    You can use any lubricant in your household, but we suggest use 3-IN-ONE
    1041 Professional Silicone 311g that you can find in any hardware Store.
my wall clock is not keeping the correct time (hands not moving at all, or going to fast or too slow)

if the clock is not keeping time correctly most of the time the cause of this issue is connected with the
batteries.
just as a reminder this clock needs of 3 AA batteries to work properly.
Sometimes the Battery is not correctly inserted into the compartment, even
if it looks like correctly in.

and this could be because:

  • the battery is not touching the connectors properly
  • or the battery is inserted in the wrong direction
  • or the battery is empty of power

we suggest you to double check those 3 points to make sure that the issue is not connected with the batteries.

we also suggest you, when you insert the batteries to insert them first from the positive pole side, and then inserting the negative pole side.

if you have checked and you are sure that the battery are not the issue,

we suggest you to visit our Instructional Page where can find a few videos that shows how to perform some simple operations to see if the issue can be solved.

After you have done all the troubleshooting step and verification, if the clock is still not keeping the time correctly, could also be that the mechanism is broken during the shipping process,.

for some models of wall clocks we include inside the box a replacement Mechanism that can be installed in this case (because the installation is very simple)

for other models where the installation is complicate, or simply cannot be done, you will have the only option to return it.
